Customer Loyalty and Social Media

In the mood to share today.



The article discusses some good points around creating some Social Media-specific deals.

Po Che, my local Chinese Restaurant, does this: Loyalty Points, Facebook-specific deals with promo codes and lots of local news -  The extractor unit  in their kitchen should be fixed tomorrow – see?  Really good use of the medium and a very small-scale operation.

I think the owner’s nephew is probably doing IT at the University…
